คำบรรยายสินค้า

Step into a bubble tea shop. Look at the menu: black tea, green tea, oolong tea, as well as Four Seasons Oolong and clear tea. Are you still struggling to understand the dazzling array of teas on the market? Tea leaves were growing on this land long before Taiwan existed. As Taiwanese, we must know our tea. Wu-tsang Treasure Tea believes in sharing the best of Taiwanese tea with everyone. This time, we're not just sharing tea, but hosting an open exchange session dedicated to tea leaves. Taiwanese tea is dazzling and diverse, but did you know it can be categorized into just three types: black tea, green tea, and oolong tea? Can you drink tea that's been steeped overnight? Is it blended? Should you discard the first steep? What's a reasonable price per catty? Taiwanese tea isn't scary, but ignorance and the lack of resources to gain knowledge are. Through our sharing sessions, we aim to help you find the right tea without the hassle. While it may seem like we're setting the record straight for tea, we truly value empowering consumers to make informed choices. We believe that a deeper understanding between people and tea allows for discernment. Choose and enjoy tea in your own way. —— Event Details —— 1. Introduction to the Tea Flavor Wheel 2. Fermentation Process: Black Tea, Green Tea, Oolong Tea 3. Varieties: Native, Introduced, Discovered, and Cultivated (Taiwan Tea Series) 4. Tea Plant Morphology: Shrub, Tree 5. Seasons: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter, Winter Flush + 24 Solar Terms 6. High Mountain Tea, Low Mountain Tea 7. WHY Taiwanese Tea is a World's Pride 8. Naming of Taiwanese Teas: Dong Ding Oolong, Oriental Beauty, Wen Shan Bao Zhong, Tie Guan Yin 9. A Personalized Tea Brewing Experience 10. Post-event Learning Materials and Tea Gift —— Event Highlights —— ● Highlight 1 A girl diligently taking notes. Initially unfamiliar with tea, she only drank tea brewed by her family, with bubble tea being her most frequent encounter. She told me, 'Tea is bitter, but bubble tea is fragrant and sweet.' I asked her, 'What kind of drinks do you like most? Aged black tea? Passionfruit green tea? Four Seasons Oolong?' While she pondered, I explained that all these drinks are variations of three basic tea types, and that 'clear tea' is actually ○○ tea! This sparked her curiosity to find out why. ● Highlight 2 During the tea exploration experience, DIY activities included not only tea brewing but also understanding the principles behind making competition tea. This session was for a group of teachers. Making competition tea requires attention to many details, especially with certain constraints. Watching the teachers meticulously sort through the steps of making competition tea, they were no less skilled than the masters in a tea factory! ● Highlight 3 From research and cultivation of tea trees to planting, processing, tasting, and promotion, there's a systematic framework to follow, allowing us to identify the causes of problems and resolve confusion. --------------------------------------------------------------- 【Artisan Introduction】Wu-tsang Wuri Experience Store - Tea Sharing and Exchange Session Lecturer With several years of experience in the tea industry, I've developed a keen interest and passion for exploring various aspects of tea. I've noticed that consumers frequently ask the same questions, such as: Should I wash the first steep of tea? Is black tea a specific variety? What's the difference between oolong and clear tea? How should I choose tea as a gift for foreign friends? These consumer queries stem from incomplete information about tea. Leveraging my expertise, I aim to demystify tea, transforming it into 'popular science' so that everyone can understand tea better and learn how to choose the tea that suits them best.
