Please do not add extra allowance or tighten it. As these are handmade, we aim for an optimal fit, typically allowing about 1cm of flexibility. If you prefer a snug fit or a looser feel, please note this in your order. ❤️ ●● The cord is a consumable material; it's normal for it to loosen or fray over time. Regular re-stringing is a form of care for your bracelet. ●● ●● Warranty & After-Sales Service ● A 1-month warranty is provided. If the cord unravels or breaks during wear, re-stringing is free (you will only be responsible for round-trip shipping fees). ● If the cord becomes worn and you wish to replace it, a nominal fee of NT$100 for labor will apply, plus round-trip shipping fees. ● If you wish to replace spacer beads or accessories after prolonged wear, a fee of NT$200 for materials and labor will apply, plus round-trip shipping fees (replacement of main charms or special accessories is not included and will be quoted separately based on the design). Important Notes: ● Natural gemstones may exhibit internal characteristics such as ice cracks, fissures, cotton-like inclusions, mineral deficiencies, or associated minerals, which are considered normal. ● All product images are of actual items. Due to variations in computer monitors, lighting, and angles, please refer to the actual product for accuracy. ● Measurements may vary by 1-2cm due to different methods; this is an unavoidable normal occurrence. ● To ensure the longevity of your jewelry, handle with care and avoid strong pulling or collisions. ● It is best to remove jewelry before showering or submerging in water. When engaging in activities like sports or swimming, please take off your crystal accessories to prevent damage from chemicals to the accessories and crystals. ● Metal components may naturally oxidize and darken over time due to contact with air, moisture, cosmetics, perfumes, lotions, or sweat. ● Our K gold accessories offer excellent color retention. To maintain their appearance, avoid scratching the surface. With proper care, the color can last for several months or even longer, depending on individual usage habits. ● The cord loops on crystal bracelets may become visible due to handling or pulling. Simply adjust the beads to tuck the cord back inside.
