Unlike flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains unique marks and textures from the cow's growth, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, and veins, which are not considered defects. Minor indentations or scratches acquired during processing, shipping, and crafting are also considered normal if the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) entirely avoid these marks unless they are significant injuries. Please consider this carefully if you are sensitive to such variations. While the finished product may not be as flawless as machine-made items, it possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, as the leather ages and with use, it will develop personal scratches and a patina, gradually revealing a unique character that belongs to you alone. This is the inherent nature of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely captivating. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays can have color variations. Secondly, even within the same brand, leather colors can differ between batches due to varying stock or storage times. Even on the same piece of hide, the grain and how it takes dye can vary. Colors will not be identical for orders placed at different times. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No 7-day free look period. No returns or exchanges.) This item is made to order with customization. Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," when ordering. If no specifications are provided, you agree to have the "stitching color" chosen by the designer and the "embossing text" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others. Therefore, we cannot change the stitching or re-emboss text after completion. Unless there is a mistake in the specifications, our "customized products" are not eligible for a 7-day free look period or returns/exchanges for any reason (such as being too loose/tight, rough leather/craftsmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
