Unlike synthetic or patent leather that appears flawless, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains the unique textures and markings from the cow's life, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, blood vessels, etc. These are not considered defects. Minor indentations or scratches acquired during processing, transportation, and crafting are also considered normal, provided the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for large scars. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot be compared to the perfection of machine-made items, but it possesses a distinct warmth and texture. Furthermore, as the leather ages and with individual use, it develops personal scratches and marks, darkens, and gains a patina, gradually revealing a unique character that belongs to the owner. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between different production batches or due to storage time. Even on the same piece of leather, different areas may have varying degrees of color absorption due to differences in grain. Colors will not be consistent between repeat orders. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No 7-day free look period. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.) This item is a **"made-to-order custom item."** Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," in the order notes.
