* Class Duration: 2.5 hours
* Session A: 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM
* Session B: 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM
* Session C: 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM
(Each session includes a 30-minute buffer for finishing touches)

Provide your name, registration date, and session time. Request the color chart to help us prepare your materials in advance.
* To ensure quality instruction, only registered participants are allowed in the studio. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class begins. Please avoid arriving too early to prevent waiting.
(Children aged 10-15 require one parent to be present throughout the class for supervision and assistance, with no additional charge for co-creation.)
* We are unable to provide individual explanations for latecomers during the knitting class. "Please do not be late" to avoid disrupting the session for other participants. To ensure the rights of other students, entry will be denied for those arriving more than 10 minutes late; rescheduling will be necessary.
* Food and drinks are prohibited in the studio. Drinks with lids are permitted, but please be careful to avoid spills.
* Classes may be filmed for use as marketing material on our brand website. If you prefer not to be filmed, please inform a staff member on-site, and we will avoid capturing your image. By not informing us, you consent to Dottie Studio using footage and images of your likeness and work.
* The studio operates by appointment only. Once a course is booked, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or rescheduled on the day. Rescheduling or transferring a booking is permitted once within two months under the following circumstances:
1. Weather conditions: Government-issued closures or cancellations for the local area.
2. Unforeseen circumstances: Such as power outages or equipment malfunctions that prevent the class from proceeding.
3. Lateness.
4. Special circumstances: Such as illness or traffic accidents, which can be discussed.

* If equipment malfunctions or behaves abnormally, cease operation immediately and inform a staff member. Do not attempt to handle it yourself. Any damage to equipment resulting from unauthorized operation will require compensation at the full replacement cost.
