This Japanese-made porcelain S-size bowl is crafted by HIGASHIGAMA, a renowned kiln in Tobe, Ehime. With a diameter of 12.4cm and a height of 5cm, it is perfect for desserts, small salads, or as a side dish plate. The flat bottom ensures stability, making it less likely to tip over. Its compact size fits comfortably in both hands, making it an excellent choice for children’s meals as well. Made from durable porcelain, it is designed for everyday use and is dishwasher safe, making maintenance easy. The design is by ALyne Ohigashi, a Filipino-born ceramic artist. Her work blends traditional Tobe-yaki techniques with her own artistic style, creating warm, hand-painted patterns. Since each piece is hand-painted, no two bowls are exactly alike.
