・After completing the order and checkout, the purchase details serve as confirmation of registration. No paper tickets will be mailed. Please proceed directly to the venue at the scheduled time. No separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are placed but not checked out are considered as unsuccessful registrations. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis once the class is full. Unchecked orders will not be included in the student list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, you can contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
. According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days prior to the commencement date, 95% of the total fees paid will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between the 59th and 8th day prior to the commencement date, 90% of the total fees paid will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between the 7th and 1st day prior to the commencement date, 80% of the total fees paid will be refunded.
. Rescheduling is permitted for classes within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your desired session. If no session is specified, it will be considered a forfeiture. If you cannot commit to the rescheduled time, please opt for a refund.
. On the day of the class, refunds and rescheduling are not possible as materials and venue arrangements have already been made. No-shows will be considered forfeitures.
. To protect the rights of other participants, attendees arriving 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will be considered forfeitures.
. For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details, including the account holder's name and bank name. Refunds will be processed via cash deposit.
・Participants must be 10 years or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unaccompanied individuals are not permitted to attend or participate, unless a child requires assistance from a parent to complete the activity independently, or in special cases where a parent and child wish to participate together, which can be inquired about by calling the store in advance.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6, two days before the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the handicraft classroom. This class includes complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants must comply with the venue rules and follow the instructor's directions.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for record-keeping and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. By participating, you consent to the use of your image in such materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff at the event, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
