。In accordance with Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for the Administration of Short-Term Tutoring Classes, as promulgated by the Executive Yuan Consumer Protection Committee:
A. For refund requests submitted more than sixty days before the class begins, 95% of the total actual paid fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class begins, 90% of the total actual paid fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class begins, 80% of the total actual paid fee will be refunded.
。Rescheduling is limited to classes within the next 2 months, and you must proactively inform us of your preferred session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot commit to the rescheduled time, please opt for a refund.
。On the day of the class, as materials and venue arrangements have been prepared, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. Failure to attend will be considered forfeiture.
。To protect the rights of other participants, anyone arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered to have forfeited their attendance.
。For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and name. All refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・This activity is open to participants aged 10 and above.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unaccompanied individuals who have not purchased a ticket are not permitted to attend or participate together. Exceptions are made for children who require parental assistance to complete the activity independently, or for special cases requiring parent-child participation; please contact the store in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and will notify participants to reschedule or receive a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the crafting studio. This workshop includes complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a full refund.
・The organizer may conduct on-site photography during the experience for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event recaps or other recruitment-related promotions.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make arrangements accordingly.
