Thank you. 🙏🏻 ❖** ** 【 About the Flowers 】** • Just like people, natural flowers vary in shape, posture, and size. • Items are carefully packaged; however, minor shedding of floral material during transit is normal. We appreciate your understanding. • Dream strives to make product images as close to the actual items as possible. Due to differences in monitor displays or import batches, slight color variations may occur. The actual product serves as the standard, and images are for reference only. If you are highly sensitive to color variations, we recommend purchasing from a physical store to better meet your needs. **【 About the Glass Dome 】** • The glass is handmade, so minor imperfections such as slight scratches, tiny bubbles, or uneven edges under light are normal characteristics of the crafting process. **❖ Care Instructions ❖** • Preserved and dried flowers are sensitive to moisture and water. Please keep them in a dry, well-ventilated area. The ideal storage humidity is 50-65%. (High humidity may lead to mold, transparency, or color bleeding.) • In humid environments, using a dehumidifier or air conditioner is recommended. • Avoid direct sunlight, as exposure may cause the flowers to become brittle or fade. • Depending on the environment, the ideal viewing period is 1-2 years (flowers will naturally weather and fade over time). **❖ After-Sales Service ❖** Please record a video when opening the package. If there are any issues upon receipt, please reach out to us via private message before leaving a negative review. Dream cares deeply about every customer's experience and will do our best to assist you.
