For special stamping requests, please message the designer to discuss. 📍 All key cases will require a period of use to soften due to added thickness, which will make them easier to use. Please do not order if this is a concern. 📍 Each car model has variations depending on the "purchase year" and "owner's selected options." Please send a photo of your key for verification before placing an order. __Ordering Process__ 💁🏻 Production begins only after your order is placed. Shipping will occur within 10 business days, excluding weekends, starting from the day after your order. Each additional item may require an extra 3-5 business days. Please ensure you are comfortable with the timeframe before ordering. The product is made using a wet molding process, which requires 2-4 days for air drying. Imperfections on the leather surface may not be apparent when flat but can become more noticeable once the leather is molded into a three-dimensional shape. If the leather has too many flaws, we will discard it and restart production. If an incorrect item is ordered due to failure to send a photo for verification, and you forcibly attempt to fit your key, resulting in deformation or damage, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. **1. Its light color is prone to showing dirt and crafting marks, and the leather's natural grain is more prominent. Specify Hot Stamping Content in the Order Notes** Hot stamping is done using movable type. English letters can be freely arranged. Chinese characters use a fixed font. __Numbers cannot be stamped. Please inquire with the designer about the feasibility of mixed stamping.__ Uppercase letters are 4mm high, lowercase letters are 3mm high. Due to the difficulty of evenly heating each character with the hot stamping machine, issues like foil peeling can occur if there are too many characters, the characters are too long, or if all characters are in uppercase. These situations are unavoidable. Please consider your chosen text carefully if this is a concern. 2. The hot stamping add-on service covers a single line of text only. It does not include stamping on the back or multiple lines. 3. This product is made to order. Production time varies depending on the size and quantity of the item. Generally, it will be shipped within 10 business days (excluding weekends). 4. Leather naturally has variations in its grain, including marks from the animal's growth such as scars or insect bites. Please order only if you accept these natural characteristics. 5. All product photos are actual shots. However, color variations may occur due to computer screen settings and lighting. The actual product color is the standard. 6. Handmade items may show slight imperfections inherent to the crafting process and cannot be expected to be as flawless as factory-made products.
