Mini BOOM!

"Mini BOOM!" is a special exhibition co-organized by the Taoyuan Museum of Fine Arts and the Museum of Miniature. It combines their respective collections with the works of five artists. The first exhibition area guides children into the history of miniature culture, embarking on a journey through changing homes and societies, starting from dollhouses. The second area moves from the home into the cityscape, observing the cultural landscape reflected in shops of different eras and types. The third area uses multimedia interaction to explore how the body transforms and infinitely extends in virtual worlds, inviting children into a realm where virtual and reality intertwine, initiating an endless journey of exploring objects and the self. This album features the exhibition content from the major sections of the exhibition and the works of five artists. It also includes the personal stories behind the artworks. The binding is designed with the concept of "miniature," presented in the form of a hardcover pocketbook.
