It has been the fan favourite since launch, and we want to explore more possibilities of this ingredient! We developed 2 new flavours to join the Salted Egg Yolk Series - Golden Shrimp Palmier and Golden Pork Floss Palmier. **New Flavour · Golden Shrimp** Inspired by the dish Salted Egg Yolk Shrimp, it is reimagined to be your daily snacks! Sakura Shrimp is folded into the puff pastry for the first baking. Then the salted egg yolk paste is spread and more Sakura Shrimp sprinkled for the second bake. After baking, the Sakura Shrimp's aroma is richer, the umami pops out and the texture is very crunchy, making it a good combination with the sweet crispy palmier, and the flavours are rounded off with creamy salted egg yolk. **New Flavour · Golden Pork Floss** Different from our current Pork Floss Palmier, the palmier is layered with a spread of salted egg yolk paste and pork floss on top for second bake. Sweet and salty, fluffy and crunchy, creamy and buttery in one bite! (Due to import restrictions of other districts, this flavour is only available in Hong Kong) **Handcrafted Palmiers with Finest Ingredients** The palmiers are handcrafted and the recipes are modified to use less sugar than traditional ways. Less that sweet, same that tasty! Puff pastry using ingredients from France, the palmiers are buttery and crispy. **Salted Egg sourced from local expert Hoi Yuen Egg Shop**, instead of red clay which is commonly used, Hoi Yuen uses wood ash in the fermentation, that results in sweeter, creamier and more fleshy yolk. **Use By Date:** Products with no preservatives and freshly made to order. Use By Date is 30 days after production. Please note the Use By Dates on packing and consume as soon as possible.
