・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please be sure to contact us to confirm if the class has started before registering.
・After placing an order and completing the checkout, the purchase details serve as proof of registration. No paper tickets will be issued. Please report directly to the venue at the scheduled time. No further SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are not paid for will be considered as not successfully registered. Once full, enrollment will immediately cease, and unpaid orders will not be counted towards the student list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The rules are as follows:
- According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for the Administration of Short-Term Tutoring Classes, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are as follows:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class starts, 95% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class starts, 90% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class starts, 80% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
- Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please actively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot comply with the rescheduling period, you must choose a refund.
- For same-day classes, as materials and seating arrangements are already prepared by the instructor, refunds and rescheduling are not accepted on the day of the class. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
- To protect the rights of other students, those who arrive 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered no-shows.
- For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and name. Refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Non-ticket holders are not permitted to accompany or participate unless a child requires a parent's assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special cases where parent-child participation is required. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session does not reach 6 two days prior to the event's start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・No outside food or beverages are allowed in the workshop. This class includes self-serve complimentary black tea or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the on-site instructor.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for event documentation and future promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
