Waxed canvas has a supple texture and a deeper, more atmospheric color. It feels moist and substantial, reminiscent of leather. A characteristic of waxed canvas is the appearance of "chalk marks" – white lines – caused by folds or friction. These chalk marks develop over time, imbuing the bag with a unique character that reflects your personal journey with it. It's a richly textured canvas that ages beautifully, much like denim or leather.
