Gently slide the ear cuff down from the thinner upper part of your ear. Gently pull your ear slightly with your other hand to flatten the area for a smoother insertion. If it doesn't slide in easily, slightly widen the opening of the cuff. 2. Once it reaches your desired position, gently tug it to ensure it's secure. If it comes off easily, gradually narrow the opening to adjust the fit. 3. Once you've adjusted the opening to your perfect fit, you can easily put it on and take it off without needing to readjust the gap each time. You do not need to adjust the gap every time you wear it.
