If required, only a receipt from a tax-exempt business can be provided. . . // Return and Exchange Policy // ➊ According to Article 2 of the "Guidelines for the Application of Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Communication Transaction Withdrawal," there are seven circumstances where the seven-day appreciation period does not apply to distance transactions. Therefore, customized gift boxes do not qualify for the seven-day appreciation period. ➌ For food hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, consumed, or spoiled due to factors other than shipping temperature fluctuations are not eligible for the seven-day appreciation period. ➍ Returns will not be accepted for subjective reasons such as "it doesn't feel right," "it doesn't taste as expected," or "it should look better," etc. ❺ We meticulously inspect all products before packaging and shipping.
