・ After payment, please contact us to schedule your class date. (If you need to change your class date, please inform us at least 5 days prior to the event. Date changes are limited to one per booking.)
・ Refunds can be requested up to seven days before the class starts. A deduction will be made for purchased materials and handouts, as well as bank transfer fees, before the refund is processed. Please be mindful of this.
・ No refunds will be accepted for any reason once the class has begun. Please consider carefully before registering.
・ The organizer reserves the right to make the final decision. In the event of any disputes arising from refunds, the organizer reserves the right to refuse any refund requests and makes the final decision.
・ To protect and respect the instructor's intellectual property rights, unauthorized photography, audio recording, or video recording by non-staff personnel is prohibited. However, students may photograph their own creations.

・ If you opt for an online video class, after successful registration, the instructor will send you the video conferencing link before the class begins.
・ Please download the required software and ensure a stable internet connection before the class starts.
・ For online video classes, the teaching content is not compromised. We will mail a materials package to you before the class begins.
・ Please be online promptly at the scheduled time. Feel free to ask any questions; the instructor will assist you. Learn with peace of mind without direct contact with others!
| How to Receive Your Materials Package
・ Delivery or convenience store pickup: It will be sent to the default shipping address you provided in the registration form or on the Pinkoi system. Please ensure your delivery address is correct!
・ Materials packages are prepared in approximately 7 days. Due to recent uncertainties related to the pandemic, the actual delivery time will depend on the logistics arrangements.
・ The course price includes the shipping fee for the materials package. Some equipment needs to be self-provided.
