* 925 sterling silver earrings and 925 sterling silver rings do not come with a jewelry box. If packaging is required, please place a separate order for a gift box.
* Dimensions may vary slightly due to different measurement methods; an error margin of 0.5-1 cm is considered normal.
* Gold jewelry is made of solid gold (Solid Gold / K SG).
* All products in our store can be customized. If you wish to order different lengths or styles in 18K, 14K, 9K, or 925 sterling silver, please feel free to contact us for inquiries.
| Order & Shipping |
* All products are handmade. After your order is confirmed and payment is received, the production and shipping process takes 10-14 business days (excluding custom-made orders). If you have an urgent need, please contact us to inquire about expedited options.
* In the event of natural disasters, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors leading to delivery delays, we will issue a delayed shipping notification. We appreciate your understanding.
* Shipments are handled by logistics partners and convenience store delivery services. The actual arrival time depends on the driver's route and delivery conditions, and specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
* All items are eligible for manually issued invoices. If you require a company registration number, please be sure to include it in your order notes.
| After-Sales Service |
* All HYGGE ADORN products come with after-sales service, including a one-year warranty and lifetime basic cleaning and maintenance. Within the one-year warranty period, non-human-induced damage under normal use will be repaired free of charge once. Customized items, gemstone loss, or damage due to apparent human factors are not covered under warranty and will incur repair fees based on the situation.
* Lost warranty cards will not be reissued; please keep them in a safe place.
* HYGGE ADORN reserves the right to refuse after-sales service for products without a warranty card or those not purchased from HYGGE ADORN.
* All round-trip shipping costs for after-sales service will be borne by the customer.
* All after-sales services (ring size adjustment, chain length adjustment, cleaning, repair of breaks, gemstone reattachment) require the accompanying product warranty card. Service history will be recorded on the warranty card. Please contact us to request after-sales service.

* All products undergo professional quality control checks before shipment. If you receive a defective item, please maintain its original condition and report it to us within 3 days of receipt, providing photos of the defect for assessment. The following are not considered defects:
# Color difference: The color of product photos may vary due to different browsing devices and settings. Please refer to the actual color of the item received.
# Size: Dimensions may vary slightly due to different measurement methods; an error margin of 0.5-1 cm is considered normal.
# Solder points: While our pieces are meticulously handcrafted, minor solder points may be present, such as at the junction of earring posts and decorative elements, or necklace connections. Slight unevenness from soldering is normal.
# Gemstones: We use natural gemstones for all pieces. Each gemstone has unique inclusions and textures. Natural black spots, lines, feather cracks, and inclusions within gemstones are normal occurrences.
# Pearls: All pearls used are natural and unique, possessing their own natural luster. While we select pearls for consistency, each will still have its own subtle variations.
| Return Policy |
* All products (excluding customized items) are eligible for a 7-day appreciation period, calculated from the day after the item is signed for, up to the 7th day. Please inspect the contents of your order immediately upon receipt. Returns will not be accepted after the 7-day appreciation period. The 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period; please do not wear items for extended periods before returning them. The following situations are not eligible for returns:
# Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period.
# Items not returned in their original packaging and shipping box.
# Incomplete or damaged accessories and invoices, such as paper invoices, warranty cards, envelopes, gift boxes, paper bags, cardboard boxes, or jewelry accessories (e.g., earring backs) that arrived with the product.
# Signs of prolonged wear or soiling beyond normal trial fitting.
# Items that have been altered, such as custom engraving or adjustments to size or chain length.
# Promotional gifts not returned.
# Items damaged due to human factors upon return.
# Engraved items are considered custom-made and are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period.
* As per court rulings, custom-made items produced according to consumer requests are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period, and therefore, custom-made items cannot be returned.
* Return shipping costs will be covered by HYGGE ADORN. However, if the original order total falls below the free shipping threshold after a return, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. If the order amount remains above the free shipping threshold, no additional shipping fee will be charged.
* Each order is eligible for one free return shipping service. If you need to return additional items within the 7-day appreciation period, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. To avoid disputes, please thoroughly inspect your items before initiating a return.
* If a return results in the original order no longer qualifying for a promotional discount, the discount amount will be deducted from the refund.
* If you make more than 3 returns without specific reasons within a one-year period, HYGGE ADORN may designate you as a blacklisted customer for six months.
