The name "Gi Ne Gao" (Literally: I've Got Your Back) carries two meanings. Firstly, it expresses the sentiment you can share with a friend when gifting: "I'm here for you, I've got your back." Secondly, the product is designed as a modular set, intentionally not dictating where the Moai should lean. This allows for your own creative arrangements. The Moai statue can also be casually placed alongside other home decor items you feel suit your space, offering endless possibilities to change its placement according to your mood and create small moments of joy anytime. Please Note⚠️: 1. To prevent cement dust from falling off during use, the exterior of the product is coated with a clear sealant. However, due to the porous nature of cement and the molecular structure of paint, 100% waterproofing cannot be guaranteed. 2. Cement is a fragile material. Please handle with care, as dropping or impact may cause the product to break. 3. Products are made to order upon receiving your order. Cement requires time to dry and cure after sealing, so please allow for this waiting period. (Weather can also affect drying times.) 4. The paintwork is hand-applied, so each item will have unique variations. 5. Each product is handmade, ensuring its unique appearance. Please place your order only if you are comfortable with this. The final form may differ slightly from the photos due to the nature of cement casting. 6. It is not possible to completely eliminate air bubbles during the pouring process; the presence of bubbles after setting is normal. (In fact, bubbles can accentuate the beauty of cement.) 7. During the pouring and drying process, the casting surface may slightly recede due to moisture evaporation. Therefore, the casting surface may not be as smooth or flat as the mold surface. Please place your order only if you accept this. (The casting surface is usually positioned on the bottom, or on a smaller or less decorative part of the item.) 8. To prevent scratching tabletops and for anti-slip purposes, a non-slip pad is affixed to the bottom of each product. 9. Some products feature a logo intricately carved from precious Taiwanese cypress wood. Custom text can be engraved upon request. 10. For products such as incense holders or ashtrays, residual marks after use are normal. Please exercise caution with fire. 11. As no mold opening fees are charged for customized items, we reserve the right to resell these items. 12. For custom engraving, if a specific font is desired, to avoid discrepancies, please provide a well-edited JPG file (500*150px). Please arrange the desired text and surrounding white space within these dimensions (refer to the last image for guidance). The engraving will then be applied directly.
