**〈Materials & Specifications〉**
- Materials: waterproof air dry clay, acrylic, rattan basket and cotton.
- Dimensions: the diameter of the basket is about 6 cm; the height of the basket is about 8.5 cm.
- All the products have been applied several layers of water resistant paint.
**〈Care Instructions〉**
- Although we use waterproof clay to make the the mango and love birds, in order to extend the time with you, please avoid prolong exposure to water. Please don't put it in wet places, like bathroom,etc.
- If there is dust on it, use brush cleaner gently remove it.
- Please avoid falling down or crushing it heavily.
**〈Note to Customers〉**
- This product is handmade, and so may not look exactly the same
as the photo.
- Please bear in mind that photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display. We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear at the website. The artisan would also try her best to describe the color in page. Thank you for your understanding.
- Some dust or cotton may get stuck in clay product or some
fingerprints may be left on it. The artisan would avoid this as
possible as she can.
- Since Bling Moore is an one-person handicraft studio, every
product requires 7-10 working day (excluding holidays). Thank
you for your patience.
- If you need the product to arrive at certain day, please contact the designer first before your order. Thank you for your consideration.
**〈Shipping Details〉**
- After your product is made, we will ship the product within 2 days.
- For customers in Taiwan, shipment will take 5 to 7 days(holidays
excluded); For customers outside of Taiwan, shipment will take 10
to 20 days. Please feel free to send us a Pinkoi message to check
shipment times.
**〈Returns Policy〉**
- We only accept returns/exchanges in the following circumstances:
Defective products.
Incorrect products (from actual order).
