1. Please message us first to discuss your needs. Custom text can be requested in advance.
2. Please provide a clear, frontal photo of your pet. The artwork will focus on the head.
3. Once your order is placed, the artist will create the piece in order of commission. Shipping typically takes 15-25 days.
4. Kindly review the artwork examples shown to appreciate the artist's style. Please place your order only if you are pleased with it.
5. As each piece is hand-painted and unique, returns are not possible.
All artworks are carefully packaged in protective sleeves!
