Green Tea House 2020 AVPA Award-Winning Tea Gift Box (Presented in a Brown gift box) - ชา - อาหารสด หลากหลายสี

รายละเอียดสินค้า

Green Tea House has received numerous accolades for its tea products at the 3rd World Tea Contest organized by the AVPA (Agence pour la Valorisation des Produits Agricoles) in France in 2020. Our curated gift box showcases three of these award-winning teas: Lishan High Mountain Oolong Tea, Lishan Honey Scented Oolong Tea, and Sun Moon Lake Shuishalian Black Tea. Lishan High Mountain Oolong Tea: Green Tea House's Lishan High Mountain Oolong Tea is a Qing Xin Oolong with minimal roasting. It allows the unique essence of high mountain tea to be savored, offering a delicate, refreshing aroma and a smooth, sweet finish. Origin: Lishan, Taiwan Varietal: Qing Xin Oolong Oxidation: Light to medium Harvest: Hand-picked Flavor Profile: High mountain fragrance, delicate liquor, sweet and smooth finish Liquor: Bright golden Lishan, located in central Taiwan, specifically at the convergence of Hualien, Taichung, and Nantou counties' high peaks. The Lishan tea region spans from the Hehuanshan range, Cuifeng, and extends through the industrial road to Cuiluan, forming a north-south route encompassing Huagang, Fushoushan, Lishan, Tianfu, and Wuling. It is Taiwan's highest tea-producing area, with altitudes ranging from 1700 to 2300 meters. The high mountain climate is pronounced, characterized by low temperatures and persistent mist, resulting in slow growth. This allows the tea leaves to mature fully, yielding an average of three harvests per year. Often kissed by snow, the tea produces a delicate, smooth, and sweet liquor. When heaven, earth, and human efforts align, one can experience an exceptional tea that lingers on the palate, melts in the throat, and invigorates the spirit. Brewing Instructions: Steep 3 grams of tea leaves in 150ml of water at 95-100°C. First infusion: 1 minute 10 seconds, Second infusion: 50 seconds, Third infusion: 1 minute, Fourth infusion and onwards: 1 minute 30 seconds. Lishan Honey Scented Oolong Tea: Lishan Honey Scented Oolong is crafted from tender tea leaves meticulously hand-picked after being nibbled by the small green leafhopper (Jacobiasca formosana). Through wilting, oxidation, pan-firing, rolling, and roasting, it transforms into a high-quality honey-scented oolong. As its name suggests, it envelops you in a natural honey aroma when you inhale the fragrance, sip the liquor, or admire the leaves. Drinking this tea is akin to being in a garden, with a fresh, floral scent wafting to you. ‧ Origin: Lishan, Taiwan ‧ Varietal: Qing Xin Oolong ‧ Oxidation: Light ‧ Harvest: Hand-picked ‧ Flavor Profile: Honey sweet aroma, fresh, brisk, and sweet liquor ‧ Liquor: Bright amber-yellow ‧ Characteristic: Tea jassid bitten leaves Brewing Instructions: Steep 3 grams of tea leaves in 150ml of water at 95-100°C. First infusion: 1 minute 10 seconds, Second infusion: 50 seconds, Third infusion: 1 minute, Fourth infusion and onwards: 1 minute 30 seconds. Shuishalian Sun Moon Lake Black Tea: Green Tea House's Premium Sun Moon Lake Hand-picked Shuishalian Black Tea is an aged Assam cultivar, once presented as a tribute to the Japanese Emperor. It originates from Nantou. This black tea possesses a unique sweet aroma, reminiscent of caramel, though some perceive notes of sweet potato, honey, or even peach. Only the tender, stemless one-bud-and-two-leaves are selected during harvest, lending this Sun Moon Lake black tea not only a natural sweetness and lingering aftertaste but also a multi-layered premium hand-picked tea aroma. Origin: Yuchi Township, Sun Moon Lake, Nantou, Taiwan Varietal: Assam Oxidation: Naturally heavily oxidized Harvest: Hand-picked Flavor Profile: Mellow and sweet aroma, rich caramel notes, natural honey sweetness, and inherent sweetness Liquor: Clear, warm ruby red, with an orange-red luster 450 years ago, Portuguese sailors discovered Taiwan, exclaiming "Formosa" in praise. Three hundred years ago, even before Han Chinese pioneers could establish a significant presence in the inland "Shuishalian" area of Sun Moon Lake, they marveled at its fertile waters, beautiful scenery, and a stunning alpine lake. Thus, they named it "Shuishalian" to commend Sun Moon Lake. The name "Shuishalian" originates from the foothills of Changhua, where the inland indigenous lands were referred to as Tualihen or Soalian, which was phonetically corrupted into "Shalien." The addition of the character "Shui" (water) to denote the presence of Sun Moon Lake created "Shuishalian." As is widely known, Assam black tea from India and Ceylon is recognized as the world's finest black tea. However, since the Japanese colonial era, the black tea from Yuchi Township, Nantou County, Taiwan, has undergone continuous varietal improvements by the Taiwan Tea Research and Extension Station, establishing Yuchi Township as the premier black tea producing region in Taiwan. Sun Moon Lake boasts a rich mid-to-high altitude forest ecosystem, fertile and unpolluted soil, coupled with an ideal average annual temperature and stable humidity. This has made the premium black tea produced in the Yuchi Township and Sun Moon Lake area a major export product in those days, and a "Imperial Tribute" presented to the Japanese Emperor. It gained prominence in the Western tea market and was favorably compared to Ceylon tea and Darjeeling tea, with its quality and charm widely accepted and affirmed by consumers, culminating in the globally renowned Sun Moon Lake Black Tea of today. Brewing Instructions: Steep 3 grams of tea leaves in 150ml of water at 85-90°C. First infusion: 1 minute 10 seconds, Second infusion: 50 seconds, Third infusion: 1 minute, Fourth infusion and onwards: 1 minute 30 seconds. All teas from Green Tea House are hand-picked and SGS certified, ensuring consumer confidence. Green Tea House - Taiwan's Highest Quality Naturally Grown Tea "The deepest driving force behind the establishment of this brand, beyond our passion for Taiwanese tea, is a profound affection for and preservation of the land of Taiwan." ~Le Vert thé Le Vert thé sounds very similar to the Taiwanese phrase "Lai mai cha" (come buy tea). "Vert" in French means "green," symbolizing the "green island" - Taiwan. "Thé" in French is "tea" in Taiwanese. We have inverted the grammar to create a brand identity that echoes the pronunciation of "Lai mai cha." Green Tea House offers premium teas from various regions of Taiwan and the world's highest-altitude oolong teas. All our teas are naturally hand-picked whole leaves, with no additives. Esteemed establishments such as the Mandarin Oriental Taipei, W Hotel, the Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant Ryugin, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs use Green Tea House Le Vert thé tea products. Green Tea House Le Vert thé serves a global clientele, with orders reaching as far as Denmark in Europe and Australia in the Southern Hemisphere. Green Tea House is dedicated to developing superior Taiwanese teas, diligently promoting the beauty of Taiwanese tea craftsmanship and Taiwan's unparalleled tea history and culture to tea lovers worldwide.
