The sharp silhouette is designed to complement a wide range of styles. ◾️ Storage Details Ample storage capacity. It comfortably fits a laptop and A4 files, offering plenty of room for work essentials. You can pack everything you need for your day, including documents, a long wallet, a pen case, and a water bottle, keeping your belongings neatly organized and providing peace of mind even on days with a lot to carry. The double zip closure allows for easy opening and closing from either side. An internal hanging pocket is convenient for storing frequently used small items like keys and smartphones. The front is subtly embossed with our store's mark, "LADIES&GENTLEMEN." The handles are made of thick, substantial leather, offering both a comfortable grip and durability. The detachable shoulder strap is fabric-lined on the underside to reduce shoulder strain and prevent slipping. The strap length is adjustable (approximately 90cm to 122cm). D-rings on both sides of the bag are for attaching the shoulder strap. The bottom is equipped with five protective studs to prevent direct contact with the ground, safeguarding against scuffs and dirt. This also prevents the bag's base from getting wet if placed on damp surfaces. A rigid base plate is attached to the inside bottom, providing firm support for heavy items like documents. An extra layer of leather is sewn onto each of the four bottom corners, enhancing both durability and design. We will wrap it with a red leather tag and a paper bag tied with an "FOR YOU" ribbon. ◾️ Color Transfer This is natural leather, processed without color-fixing agents. Please be mindful of color transfer, especially when new. Avoid wearing it with light-colored clothing when first using it. ◾️ Scars and Vein Marks Scars and vein marks from the animal's life are preserved on the surface and underside of the leather. This natural leather, intentionally crafted to showcase its inherent qualities, makes each piece unique. ◾️ Color Variation The leather is finished using only dyes, not pigments, which makes color adjustment challenging and can lead to slight variations. Even within the same color, there may be inconsistencies. This dye finish contributes to the natural, authentic character of the leather. ◾️ Variation in Texture and Grain The grain refers to the wrinkled pattern on the leather's surface. The density of this pattern can vary across a single hide. These differences are part of the charm of natural leather. ◾️ Mark of Italian Leather, Indicating Hide Size The numbers on the back are a mark of Italian leather, indicating the size of the hide. Each hide is stamped once with a number. These markings have a distinct aesthetic and are placed on high-quality sections, so they are left as is. Occasionally, these numbers may appear on the product. Personally, I appreciate items with these numbers. ◾️ Water Stains The leather can absorb water, potentially causing stains. Wiping it dry as soon as possible after it gets wet can help prevent stains. Applying Ranapure Leather Treatment can provide water-repellent properties. ◾️ Traw Traw refers to the streaks and wrinkles that appear in areas of intense muscular movement and stretching. This is a natural characteristic of genuine leather and is not a sign of cracking or splitting. ◾️ Luxurious Full-Leather Construction Without Lining Typical leather goods are made by bonding thin leather with core materials for strength, and often have an inner lining. However, unlike leather, linings can degrade over time, becoming sticky or peeling. To ensure longevity, this bag is constructed using only substantial leather, leveraging its thickness and inherent strength, without an inner lining. ◾️ Maintenance The Italian leather used by LADIES&GENTLEMEN will develop a richer luster and deeper patina over time with proper oil maintenance. Apply oil to the bag approximately every 3 to 6 months. We recommend Ranapure, available in our online store. Ranapure is a leather treatment that conditions, polishes, and provides water repellency. Leather accessories, being handled frequently, naturally develop a lustrous sheen over time even without treatment. ◾️ Returns and Exchanges Please note that returns and exchanges are not possible unless there is a defect in the product. In the event of damage or defects caused by shipping accidents, or if you receive an incorrect item, we will exchange it at our expense. ◾️ Delivery Time As this is a made-to-order item, please allow 60 days for delivery.
