Place Order & Make Payment** Place your order and complete the payment. (Placing an order signifies agreement to the terms and conditions of this store.) **3. Design Commencement** Design work begins after order confirmation and payment. One initial draft will be proposed, with up to 3 rounds of minor revisions. Exceeding the revision limit will incur additional charges. **4. Design Completion** Upon completion, user-friendly files will be provided. No further changes can be made after delivery. If changes are required, a new order must be placed. **5. Design Duration** The design duration will be as confirmed and communicated by the designer. **┃About Payment┃** ● As design time and effort have been invested, cancellations and refunds are not accepted after the deposit is received. ● Please make the deposit payment within 3 days. Design scheduling will commence upon confirmation of the deposit. ● After the design is completed and finalized, please pay the remaining balance within 3 days. ● We do not issue company registration numbers or invoices. **┃Service Scope┃** ● User-friendly files will be provided. ● Upon completion, the design files will belong to the client. We have no obligation to retain them, so please ensure you store them safely. ● Trademark registration services are not provided. If you require registration, please research the relevant procedures and inform us before the design process begins. **┃Important Reminders┃** ● Design fees do not include printing; only files are provided. If printing services are required, please contact us via chat. ● Mid-process changes to design content, hand-drawn elements, design style, names, etc., will be considered secondary designs and require additional payment. ● If modifications or adjustments are needed after the design is finalized, fees will be charged based on the complexity. ● In case of commission termination, all proposal copyrights and unselected design proposals remain our property and cannot be used by the client or commissioned to a third party. ● If there is no response within 30 days (including weekends) after the initial draft is sent, it will be considered project completion and abandonment.
