As these are handmade items, there may be a slight error of approximately 1 cm. The listed length of the item includes the clasp (e.g., lobster clasp, toggle clasp), not just the ribbon or lace. The model in the photo has a neck circumference (at the narrowest part) of approximately 30 cm. If your neck is less than 30 cm, the item may be loose. Please specify your desired length in the remarks section. For example, you can write "Request to shorten the item by 2 cm" or "Request a length of 28 cm." If you are concerned about the size, we can extend the adjuster by an additional 5 cm.
