Select Your Perfect Photo: The final aesthetic depends on photo quality. Please choose high-resolution images where the subject's face is clear, lighting is ample, and colors have good contrast. We strongly advise against using screenshots, dimly lit, or out-of-focus photos, as they can affect print quality. 2. Send Your Image: Upload your original photo file through our chat, or send it via email. 3. Choose Your Background Color: Select your preferred background color. We particularly recommend a "one side white/light, one side colored" combination for added dimension and texture. 4. Add Personal Touches (Optional): Let us know if you'd like to add small embellishments like cute blush or a personalized name tag. If not specified before graphic confirmation, the design will proceed with the original background-removed image. 5. Revision Limit: To ensure efficient production, we offer one complimentary revision for background color or minor adjustments. Subsequent modifications will incur a fee. 6. Design Confirmation: Once your image is designed, we will provide a mock-up for your review. Production will commence only after you confirm it. 7. Production Time: Custom orders typically require 10-20 business days for production (excluding weekends and public holidays). If you have an urgent request for a special occasion, please communicate with us before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline. ⚠️ Purchase Notice (Important Information) 1. Custom Orders: All items are exclusively made to order based on individual preferences and are therefore exempt from the 7-day cooling-off period as stipulated by consumer protection laws. Except for significant defects, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to personal preference, color discrepancies, or size variations. Your understanding and acceptance are appreciated before placing an order. 2. Screen vs. Print Color: A 10%-15% color variation between screen displays and fabric prints is normal and considered within acceptable limits. Additionally, the sharpness of printed lines on fabric may not be as perfect as on paper. Minor color differences or slight bleeding are not considered product defects. Please consider this carefully before purchasing if you seek absolute perfection. 3. Cancellation and Changes: Once you provide your photo, production arrangements begin, and we are unable to cancel orders or issue refunds. (If you need to change the photo before printing, a design fee of NT$300 per image will apply). 4. Size Tolerance: The pillow's shape will be cut and sewn based on the outline of your de-backgrounded photo. During the cutting and sewing process, a reasonable handmade margin of error of 3-5cm in the final product size may occur. 5. Photo Copyright: Please ensure you have legal authorization or ownership of the photos you provide. The buyer assumes all legal responsibility for copyright disputes involving celebrities, anime characters, or other protected intellectual property. 6. Craftsmanship: Each pillow is meticulously crafted by our designers. We carefully edit images, striving to retain as much hair texture and detail as possible, while optimizing colors and shadows for the highest quality visual presentation.
