【Getting to 'Craft a Poem'】
Address: No. 38, Lane 113, Jiankang Road Section 1, South District, Tainan City
1. For locals, you can arrive by scooter or car. Across from the McDonald's on Jiankang Road, there's a small slope. At the entrance, under a large tree, you'll see a sign for "Zhuxi Li." Continue straight for about 60 meters, and you'll see the 'Craft a Poem' sign (avoid going down to the riverside path in front, although the pink trumpet trees are lovely). If you need parking, there's a lot between COFFEE DUET and ORO coffee shops nearby.
2. For visitors, it's about a 10-minute taxi ride from the train station. If taking a city bus, catch bus route 5 from the train station and alight at the Zhuxi Temple stop (right by the large tree). If you're arriving via the tourist bus or high-speed rail shuttle, it's a bit more of a walk; alight at Yanping Junwang Temple, walk along Kaishan Road towards Fulian Road, and then towards Jiankang Road. Crossing Jiankang Road will lead you to the Zhuxi Li slope. You can do it!

1. After ordering, please check your email for the Pinkoi e-ticket for the workshop and confirm the item and time slot.
2. Participants must be 12 years of age or older.
3. Due to limited space, only ticket holders are permitted in the workshop area for the comfort and safety of participants. Those without tickets may not join the experience.
4. This is a craft workshop; one person cannot share materials meant for two.
5. If materials are accidentally damaged or incorrectly made due to personal error during the process, participants can purchase replacement materials on-site (paying the difference) to continue their creation. We appreciate your understanding.
6. If you need to reschedule, please request a refund and re-purchase your ticket. (Please do so at least 5 days in advance.)
7. Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damages caused by violations will be the responsibility of the participant.
8. Please arrive on time for the session. Punctuality is encouraged to maximize your experience time. (No refunds will be issued on the day of the event.)
9. During the workshop, 'Craft a Poem' may take photos for documentation. These photos may be uploaded to our Facebook fan page or Instagram 'Craft a Poem' event pages after the workshop. Your image may be used in event recaps or other promotional materials. Participants are welcome to download any photos featuring themselves. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the instructor at the venue, and they will make arrangements.
【Refund Policy】
1. In case of force majeure events (e.g., typhoons causing work/school closures), 'Craft a Poem' will proactively contact participants to arrange rescheduling or issue a refund.
2. For refunds due to personal reasons, a 30% service fee will be charged. (If you encounter inconvenience, we suggest contacting the metalcraft instructor to reschedule, with a limit of one reschedule per booking.)
3. No refunds will be issued within 5 days prior to the event.
4. After placing an order, please verify the items and payment on your e-ticket. On-site, we only offer the option to pay for additional items or upgrades; no refunds will be processed.
