**【Important Notes】**
◆ Please arrive punctually for your scheduled appointment. As artworks require dedicated time to complete, arriving late may affect the quality of the session and the rights of other participants.
◆ If rescheduling is necessary, please contact the designer at least 7 days prior to the event for arrangements. Extensions are valid for up to three months and can only be changed once. Requests for rescheduling or cancellation within 2 days of the event will not be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued.
◆ Photos and videos will be taken during the experience and uploaded to our brand's Facebook and Instagram pages for event documentation and future promotional use. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us on-site before the activity begins.
◆ In case of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters), the designer will proactively contact you to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
**【Gentle Reminders】**
(1) Participants must be 12 years of age or older to register for this activity.
(2) Fire is used during the experience. For safety, please avoid loose clothing and wear closed-toe shoes. If you have long hair, please tie it up. Individuals with long fingernails should exercise extra caution during operation.
(3) Due to limited space and safety considerations, accompanying guests who have not registered are not permitted to observe the workshop.
(4) We do not accept multiple participants creating a single piece of work.
(5) As designers meticulously prepare materials and reserve spots in advance, to protect the rights of all parties, cancellations due to personal reasons made more than 7 days prior to the event (excluding the event day) will incur a 50% service fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 2 days of the event. Alternatives such as transferring the slot to a friend or converting it to a custom order are available.
**【Workshop Pandemic Prevention Measures】**
◆ All designers and participants are required to wear masks throughout the session. Entry will be denied without a mask.
◆ Body temperature will be measured before entry. Participants with a temperature below 37.5°C and who have completed alcohol disinfection will be permitted entry.
◆ Air circulation will be enhanced by using air conditioning and opening doors to ensure ventilation.
◆ Disinfectant will be used to sanitize frequently touched areas such as doorknobs and tables before and after activities.
◆ The studio environment will undergo comprehensive disinfection before and after each experience.
