■If you need to reschedule due to personal factors, please inform the museum 2 days before the scheduled guided tour starts. The museum can assist in adjusting the time of the tour. Overdue will be deemed as abandonment, and no refund will be applied for. ■If you cancel the guided tour experience, you need to notify the museum 5 days before the reservation starts, and you can get a full refund; if you cancel 2 days before, you will get a 50% refund. If you cancel after the deadline or on the same day, you cannot apply for a refund. ■In case of irresistible factors such as natural disasters, Crystal Art Museum will take the initiative to contact to postpone or refund the fee. ■Please report 10 minutes before the reserved session starts. If you are overdue for more than 15 minutes, the museum has the right to reduce the experience time. Those who fail to arrive after the time limit will be deemed to have given up and will not apply for a refund. ■The museum will issue invoices to consumers on the spot according to law.
