3. The dress should be relaxed and comfortable. Remember to remove hand accessories and trim nails before class
4. Occasionally, photos will be taken during the class as a record and publicity. If it is not convenient to take a photo, please inform in advance
■Other precautions:
1. Refund rules: 70% of the refund will be refunded if the registration is canceled three days before, and there will be no refund for cancellations on the day of class.
2. If you are unable to come to the class due to important matters, please inform us one day in advance to arrange rescheduling. Please use up the experience class within one month / use up the five courses of the basic class within two months. No refund. The basic class has five sessions and one session. After the class starts, it can be rescheduled without refund.
3. There are many variables in the process of ceramic production and kiln firing. If the damage to the work is not caused by human beings, no refund will be made. Please forgive me and know. (Non-man-made damage includes: natural changes during glaze firing, and cracks caused by modeling or explosions in the kiln, kiln changes, natural disasters, etc.)
4. The works in the trial class are only for simple trimming and glazing, and no special requests will be accepted. The trimming and glazing are both free services. If there is any damage during the process, or the fired product is not as expected, no refund will be given.
5. Ceramic works are fragile. Please try to pick them up by yourself after the work is completed. If you need to mail it, the shipping fee will be charged separately. If it is damaged during the delivery process, no refund will be made for compensation.
6. Please read the precautions carefully before making an appointment for registration, and you will approve the relevant matters when you make an appointment.
