Pure Silver and a Fragment of the Sky ~Sunset Sea~ Pure Silver Pendant with Black Star Sunstone

The setting sun casting its last light onto a dark sea. This Black Star Sunstone, with its beautiful bi-color of golden and black, captures such a scene. It has been encased in pure silver to create this pendant. This is an exceptionally rare stone. Sunstone belongs to the feldspar group and is known for its sparkling aventurescence, appearing in bright oranges and reds. It is called "日長石" (Nichōseki), meaning "sunstone," due to its appearance. Among these, stones with golden patterns or sparkle against a dark background are called Black Sunstone. Further refining this, those that exhibit a cat's eye-like chatoyancy or a cross-shaped star reflection when exposed to strong light are called "Black Star Sunstone." It is said to enhance self-affirmation and guide you towards achieving your goals. It is also believed to awaken dormant talents, supporting your creative power. Possessing strong energy, it is said to strengthen grounding. Its symbolic meanings include "insight" and "overcoming." The sparkling pure silver, reflecting starlight, is unadulterated silver known as pure silver. It has a very low risk of causing allergies and emits a unique, beautiful white luster. It is also resistant to tarnishing; while it may slightly darken to a brownish hue due to silver's natural sulfidation, it can maintain its whiteness with occasional gentle polishing using a soft chamois cloth or eyeglass cleaner. Because it is too soft for cast jewelry, it is rarely seen on the market. However, we have slightly increased its hardness through forging techniques, involving hammering and rolling. The stone setting and bail are made from pure silver, and meticulously finished with hand-hammered milgrain, inspired by stars. To complement the pendant's color, the necklace chain is made of silver925 with a pure silver coating. (While resistant to tarnishing and easy to maintain, please be aware that this coating carries a risk of allergies.) The chain is a convenient 45cm length, with a 7cm adjuster featuring a charming heart charm. (The adjuster also has a pure silver coating.)
