Plating utilizes both jewelry-grade and industrial plating techniques. If you have concerns about material allergies, please consult the designer before placing an order. 『Production Time』 Most items in our studio are made to order. The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop site. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-3 days. For made-to-order items, please allow 2-6 weeks for production (excluding shipping time, national holidays, and natural disasters). If you require your jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to check for availability or to confirm if expedited production is possible. Items processed through our factory require a longer lead time. These include items created through: wax carving, 3D printing, plating, and other services such as engraving. Items priced above 1000 NTD will be presented in a jewelry box (items under 1000 NTD require an additional purchase of a box). 2. Sterling silver items that are not plated will include a polishing cloth. 3. For environmental considerations, multiple items will be packaged with minimal waste (items that come with a box will still include it). Please inform the designer if separate packaging is required.
