Please send a photo of your key fob for verification before placing your order. __Ordering Process__ 💁🏻 Production begins only after your order is placed. Shipping will occur within 10 business days, excluding weekends, starting from the day after your order. Each additional item may require an extra 3-5 business days. Please ensure you are comfortable with the timeline before ordering. The product is crafted using a wet-molding technique, which requires 2-4 days for air drying. While imperfections may not be obvious on the flat leather surface, they can become more pronounced once the leather is molded into a three-dimensional shape. If the leather has too many flaws, we will discard it and start over. If an incorrect item is ordered due to a failure to verify the key fob photo, we will not accept returns or exchanges if the key fob is forced into the cover, causing deformation or damage. **1. This lighter shade is prone to showing dirt and manufacturing marks, as well as natural leather grain. Specify Hot Stamping Content in the Order Notes** Hot stamping is done using movable type. English letters can be freely arranged. Chinese characters use a fixed font. __Numbers cannot be stamped. Please inquire with the designer about the feasibility of mixed stamping.__ Uppercase letters are 4mm high, lowercase letters are 3mm high. Due to the difficulty in achieving perfectly uniform heat distribution with the hot stamping machine, extensive stamping (too many or too long characters, or all uppercase letters) may lead to foil peeling. This is an unavoidable outcome, so please consider your chosen text carefully. 2. The hot stamping add-on covers the cost for a single line of stamping only. It does not include back-side or multi-line stamping. 3. This product is made to order. Production time varies depending on the size and quantity of items. Typically, shipping occurs within 10 business days, excluding weekends. 4. Leather naturally has grain patterns and may show marks from the cow's life, such as scars or insect bites. Please proceed with your order only if you accept these natural characteristics. 5. All product photos are taken in kind. However, color variations may occur due to computer monitor settings and lighting. The actual product color is the standard. 6. Handmade items may show slight imperfections inherent to the crafting process and cannot be compared to factory-produced perfection.
