There are a few important points we kindly ask you to note: ❗️ Once your order is placed, if there are no stock shortages of crystals or accessories, the normal production time is estimated to be within 10-45 business days for shipment (excluding holidays). ❗️ Customized products cannot be cancelled after ordering. If cancelled, returns and refunds will not be accepted. ❗️ When placing your order, please be sure to note your wrist circumference. Please measure your wrist circumference accurately. For braided bracelets, if re-sizing is required, an additional labor fee of NT$250 plus return shipping costs will apply! Thank you for your understanding. Please read carefully before ordering: (1) Each piece is purely handmade. We kindly ask for your patience as we dedicate time to crafting each item. Production time is approximately 10-45 business days. If you have urgent needs, please message us to discuss. (2) All items are custom-made and do not fall under the 7-day appreciation period. We strive to minimize defects in every bracelet we produce, from selecting beads and inspecting cords to testing elastic threads. Unless the product arrives with a defect (e.g., worn crystal beads, broken bracelet string) that is not due to human damage, returns or exchanges can be arranged. Please avoid pulling the bracelets with excessive force. (3) For defective item returns, please message us within three days of receiving your order, providing a detailed reason for the return and photos of the defect. Upon receiving your message, we will arrange the subsequent return or exchange service. The shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be borne by the seller. (4) As all products are purely handmade, they cannot achieve the precision of machine-made items. Therefore, a difference of ±0.5cm in bracelet size is considered normal. (5) Opeyemi products come with a lifetime of free maintenance (once per year). Maintenance services include: - Cleaning and purifying crystals - Replacing elastic cords (braided bracelets are not included) - Free resizing for improper fit (to help buyers avoid unnecessary shipping costs, we recommend measuring your wrist accurately when ordering) However, a fee may be charged based on the product's condition and extent of damage. Maintenance itself is free; only round-trip shipping fees will be charged. [A warranty card will be provided with your shipment.] (6) All crystal beads are natural stones, and the presence of impurities is normal. However, we carefully select them before production to minimize quality discrepancies. We maintain strict standards for our threads, beads, and even incense. (7) For custom orders, if the order is cancelled after the deposit is paid, the deposit will not be refunded, and changes to the custom content will not be permitted. We will confirm all custom details before opening custom orders.
