★ The slight shimmer on the pen body is due to tiny air bubbles. Some areas may contain larger bubbles. One design per pen. Each pen is entirely unique, showcasing individual characteristics from the handmade firing process. (For instance, the body and nib may not be perfectly straight, the surface might not be entirely smooth, some textured areas may feel raised or recessed to the touch, and the ink grooves might not be perfectly equidistant.) Every glass pen possesses its own unique character – its feel in hand, writing experience, pattern, and length all differ. 【How to Use】 Dip the nib into the ink, covering about 1/3 to more than half of the tip. Avoid hitting the bottom of the ink bottle. The writing feel and line thickness will vary depending on the angle. Some angles may not write smoothly; experiment to find the angle that works best for your writing. After use, rinse the nib with clean water. If any residual ink remains in the grooves after rinsing, a soft toothbrush can be used for gentle cleaning. Dry thoroughly before storing. Avoid dropping. ★ Initial use may involve some normal paper scratching. ★ To remove the protective cap, do not pull it straight off horizontally (this can damage the nib). Instead, twist it in the opposite direction to detach. ★ Each pen features unique, naturally occurring bubbles or bubble patterns. ★ Please use fountain pen ink. ★ For calligraphy practice, consider a hard-tip calligraphy style guide. ★ Includes a small ink sample (5ml) + storage box. (★ Due to international shipping restrictions on liquids, an ink rest will be provided instead of ink for international orders.) ★ Repairs for damage will incur a fee based on the extent of the damage.
