Packaging is for protection during transit, and some minor collision or indentation during delivery is unavoidable. The packaging itself is not eligible for return or exchange. 8. Genuine leather insoles may have variations in texture and color across different parts of the skin or depending on the season (unlike artificial leather, which has uniform color and texture). Wrinkles or color differences are not considered defects. 9. Product images may vary slightly due to individual screen settings; the actual product is the final reference for color. Due to manual measurement, there may be an international standard allowable error of 1-3 cm in size. 10. Licensed collaboration products are all officially authorized.
