*To ensure a quality learning experience, only registered participants are allowed in the studio. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class begins. Please avoid arriving too early to prevent prolonged waiting.
(One parent must fully accompany and assist participants aged 10-15; no additional fee for co-creation.)
*We are unable to provide individual explanations for latecomers during the weaving class. Please do not be late, as it may disrupt the session for other participants. To uphold the learning rights of others, entry will be denied for arrivals exceeding 10 minutes. Rescheduling will be necessary.
*Food and drinks are prohibited in the studio. Covered beverages are permitted, but please be mindful to prevent spills.
*Classes may be filmed and photographed for use as marketing materials on our brand website. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform a staff member on-site, and they will arrange to avoid capturing your image. Your consent to the use of your likeness and images of your work by Dottie Studio is implied if no such notification is given.
*The studio operates on an appointment basis. Once a course is booked, cancellations, refunds, and same-day rescheduling are not permitted. Rescheduling or transferring your booking once is allowed within two months under the following circumstances:
1. Weather conditions: Government-declared closures or class suspensions in your local area.
2. Unforeseen circumstances: Such as power outages or equipment malfunctions preventing the class from proceeding.
3. Lateness (as detailed above).
4. Special situations: Such as personal illness or traffic accidents, which can be discussed.
