This sparked the inspiration for "Chi-Chi and the Dream Tram." The author began outlining some chapters in late 2012, working on the manuscript during free time after work. The story's fantastical and imaginative nature led to a slow creative process. During this time, the author embarked on another project, "Old Cat Sanatorium," which was published in 2019. Through the creation of "Chi-Chi and the Dream Tram," the author developed a passion for the cultural and creative publishing industry, leading to the establishment of "Meow Meow Cultural & Creative Co., Ltd." to focus on cat-themed story creation. After publishing "The Legend of the Beggar Cat Gang Leader" in 2020, Meow Meow Cultural & Creative Co., Ltd. revisited the "Chi-Chi and the Dream Tram" project. The three-quarters completed manuscript was rewritten, and the illustrations were created.
