2. Each "Nien Nien" is hand-colored by Bai Dian, making every piece unique. Slight color variations are normal.
3. These are made with a clay-like and creamy texture. If you prefer a more elastic feel, these are perfect for you ( ̀⌄ ́).
4. Customization is available. For example, you can request a change in "flavor" (e.g., a piece that looks like matcha toast 🍵 can be made into plain toast 🍞) or if you prefer a softer texture 🤏🏻, the ratio can be adjusted.
5. All items are handmade. Custom orders require 7-12 business days for creation. Please inform us if you have an urgent request.
