♫ MENTORS About the LYNLI Team
Welcome to LYNLI Design Studio. We operate small classes in Tainan and Taipei, where you'll follow LYNLI's lead to craft each piece using jewelry design lines and metalworking techniques. Our courses are suitable for absolute beginners. We use materials such as brass, silver, and red copper, combined with various colored gemstones to create your unique accessories. Some items can also be personalized with hand-stamped lettering, allowing you to leave your mark on your jewelry. Our instructors, Alfred and Elaine, who are personally trained by LYNLI, participate in the classes alongside LYNLI. They are dedicated to bringing professional metalworking knowledge and jewelry design aesthetics to the courses, fluently teaching in both English and Mandarin. We aim to promote the beauty of metal craftsmanship, enabling you to create one-of-a-kind pieces. Beyond the design elements, we strive to create a warm and inviting studio environment.

【Regarding Lateness】
➤ Please arrive at the studio 10 minutes before your scheduled class time.
Each student's class is treated individually. Even if you book the same session, lateness is assessed independently. For example, if two people book a session and one arrives on time, the class will start promptly and will not wait for the other student. Late arrivals will only be able to participate for the remaining duration of the class, and the studio is not responsible if the work cannot be completed as scheduled.
➤ In case of unforeseen circumstances, such as [Confirmed COVID-19 case] [Influenza] [Car accident] [Illness] [Family emergency], please contact us via official LINE: @mby8284v to reschedule. You must provide [relevant proof: photos, medical documents] to arrange a new session. (Your booking is held for three months; failure to reschedule within this period forfeits the session.)
➤ If you need to change your date, please notify us at least 6 days in advance. For changes made within 6 days, a fee of NT$500 per person will apply. This applies to one change only. [No changes accepted on the day of the class].
【Regarding Refunds】
➤ Once a course is booked, instructors must immediately prepare materials and teaching aids. As these are non-recoverable costs, and to protect your rights and those of our team, full refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to personal reasons.
➤ Requests made 8 days or more before the event (excluding the event day): Full refund.
➤ Requests made 6 days or more before the event (excluding the event day): 50% refund of the registration fee.
➤ Requests made 3 days or more before the event (excluding the event day): Cancellations and refunds are not accepted.
【Class Cancellations Due to Natural Disasters】
➤ In the event of unavoidable natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, LYNLI Jewelry will proactively contact you to reschedule or process a refund.
【Damage to Tools or Materials】
➤ If materials are mistakenly processed or damaged due to personal error during the session, you will need to purchase new materials to continue production. Students must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damages incurred due to violations will be the student's responsibility.
【Accompanying Non-Participants】
➤ Only individuals who have purchased the course are permitted inside the classroom. Accompanying guests who have not purchased the course may not participate in the experience.
【Age Restrictions】
➤ Children aged 12 and above are welcome to register for this activity. For participants aged 12 to under 18, one legal guardian may accompany them for free. Please provide the guardian's name, phone number, and relationship to the participant when registering.
【Ring Size Adjustment Policy】
➤ After the course concludes, you will confirm that the ring size and finished product meet your needs. Subsequent adjustments will incur a fee.
➤ Enlarging Ring Size: You may enlarge the ring size once for free (limited to an increase of 0.5 to 1 size). If you require an increase of more than 1 size, additional silver material will be needed, and a quote will be provided based on the material used.
➤ Shrinking Ring Size: An additional service fee of NT$350 per ring (excluding postage) is required. The adjustment cannot be done on the same day. Registered mail fee is an additional NT$60.
【Photo Release】
➤ During the experience class, a professional photographer may take candid photos as needed. These photos will be uploaded to our Facebook Fan Page and the Instagram brand page "LYNLI Jewelry" after the event. Photos containing your likeness may be used in event records or other promotional materials. You are welcome to download your photos from the event. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff on-site, and we will ensure you are not included in the shots.
