Once the charitable purchase items are shipped, the order status will be updated to "Shipped," and the order will be automatically completed after 7 days. As the items are donated to the recipient organization, please disregard this notification. 5. The recipient organization will issue and mail a physical donation receipt to the purchasing consumer within one month of receiving the goods. The "Recipient Name," "Contact Phone Number," and "Recipient Address" provided at the time of purchase will serve as the "Donor Title" and "Receipt Mailing Address" for the receipt. Please ensure this information is filled out accurately when ordering. If you require this receipt for tax deduction purposes later, you will need this "Physical Donation Receipt" and the "Purchase Invoice" or "Exempt Unified Invoice Receipt" issued by the designer.
