If using a washing machine, please place the item in a laundry bag and use the delicate/gentle cycle. 2. The fabric is naturally dyed. Slight color fading may occur during the initial washes; please wash separately. 3. Use a neutral detergent for washing. A neutral detergent has a pH of 7 and does NOT contain indicators for strong cleaning, stain removal, color enhancement, or whitening. 4. It is recommended to dilute the detergent with water before adding it to the washing machine. Pouring directly onto the fabric may cause localized fading. 5. Naturally dyed fabrics may have a slight odor, which will gradually dissipate with multiple washes. 6. The color of naturally dyed fabrics will gently fade with increased use, developing a unique character over time. 7. For items containing linen, we recommend using a laundry bag when machine washing.
