If you receive a defective product, please maintain its original condition and report it to us within 3 days of receipt, providing photos of the defect for assessment. Please refer to the actual product color. # Size: Slight variations in size (0.5-1cm) may occur due to different measurement methods. # Solder Points: While crafted with precision, handmade items may have minor solder points, such as at the junction of earring posts and decorative elements, or necklace connections. Slight unevenness at these joints is normal. # Gemstones: All gemstones are natural, meaning each will have unique inclusions and patterns. Natural black spots, lines, internal fractures, or cloudiness within gemstones are normal. # Pearls: All pearls are natural and unique, possessing their own natural luster. While we select pearls for consistency, no two will be exactly alike. | Return Policy | * All items (excluding custom orders) are eligible for a 7-day inspection period, starting from the day after the delivery date. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Returns requested after the 7-day period will not be accepted. The 7-day inspection period is not a trial period; please do not wear the jewelry extensively before returning it. The following situations are not eligible for returns: # Exceeding the 7-day inspection period. # The item is not returned in its original packaging box and shipping carton. # Incomplete or damaged accessories and invoices, such as paper invoices, warranty cards, envelopes, packaging boxes, paper bags, kraft paper boxes, and accompanying accessories (e.g., earring backs). # Signs of significant wear and tear or soiling from prolonged use beyond normal try-on. # Modifications made to the product, such as engraving or resizing. # Promotional gifts not returned. # Damage caused by human factors upon return. # Engraved items are considered custom orders and are not eligible for the 7-day inspection period. * As per court rulings, custom-made products created according to consumer requests are not subject to the 7-day inspection period and therefore cannot be returned. * Return shipping costs will be covered by HYGGE ADORN. However, if the original order total falls below the free shipping threshold after the return, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. If the order total remains above the free shipping threshold, no additional shipping fee will be charged. * Each order is eligible for one free return shipping service. If you need to return additional items within the 7-day inspection period, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
