Please do not pre-adjust or pre-tighten. Due to handmade craftsmanship, the bracelet will be made to the most suitable size, with approximately 1cm of looseness. If you prefer a snug fit or a looser feel, please note this in your order. ❤️ ●● Cords are consumables. It is normal for them to loosen or break after a period of wear! Regularly replacing the cord is a form of maintenance for your bracelet. ●● ●● Warranty & After-Sales Service ● 1-month warranty. If the bracelet comes undone or breaks during wear, the cord will be replaced free of charge (you will only be responsible for round-trip shipping fees). ● If the cord becomes worn and needs replacement after prolonged wear, a replacement fee of NT$100 will apply, plus round-trip shipping fees. ● If you wish to replace spacer beads or accessories after prolonged wear, a material and labor fee of NT$200 will apply, plus round-trip shipping fees (replacement of main ornaments or special accessories is not included and will be quoted separately based on the style). Important Notes: ● Natural gemstones may contain internal lines, cracks, cotton-like inclusions, mineral defects, or composite minerals, which are normal phenomena. ● All product images are actual photographs. Due to computer screen, lighting, and angle variations, please refer to the actual product. ● Measurements may have a 1-2cm error margin due to different measurement methods; this unavoidable variation is normal. ● To ensure the longevity of your jewelry, handle with care. Avoid forceful pulling or collisions. ● It is best to avoid wearing while showering or immersing in water. Please remove crystal jewelry during activities like exercise or swimming to prevent damage from chemicals to accessories and crystals. ● Precious metal accessories may oxidize and darken over time due to contact with air, moisture, cosmetics, perfumes, lotions, or sweat, which is a normal reaction. ● The gold-plated (K-gold) accessories have excellent color retention. When using, try to avoid scratching the surface. After wearing, the color retention can last for several months, or even longer, depending on individual usage habits. ● The cord loops of crystal bracelets may become visible due to handling or pulling. Simply adjust the beads to tuck the cord back inside.
