Because of the true love for coffee and fine wine that will never turn back. This season we launched the Wine & Spirit Craft Coffee series project. We use various spirits to soak coffee beans, and then through roasting, the unique aroma of wine and coffee blend and perform on the same stage, creating a complex and fascinating taste.
The first board is whiskey from Surland, and Brazil. The manor coffee from Mykonas Province, with a combination of overflowing aroma and balanced taste, is guaranteed to refresh your ears and ears. This time, we will drink coffee!

After repeated drying and roasting, the tamed wine-stained coffee beans exude aromas of plump berries and rum raisins, just like walking into an orchard harvested in late winter.
At the beginning of brewing, the aroma of the wine is deep but not compelling, like a gentle man in a striped shirt, with a smooth, bright and round texture, as if you can see the charming smile lines at the corners of the eyes.
However, in fact, that is only the first impression. After drinking it, you will feel the base Scotch whiskey, with a sea breeze-like, somewhat unsmiling character, hidden behind the sweet Brazilian honey processed coffee.
In the middle of the drink, the alcohol, maltmolasses, and cherry chocolate finish form the main body of the taste; after cooling, it will exude a sweet aroma of dried longan, honey, and a little wood roasting.
This is a coffee with a complete structure and a slender body, like an easy-going relative, but still maintains a complex and deep charm of a man.

This whiskey stain is perfect for filter coffee, espresso or cold brew.
[Filtering method] It is recommended to brew with medium-high water temperature (about 90-92 degrees C), moderate or moderately fine grinding;
[Italian Coffee] When extracting espresso, choose the appropriate fine grinding scale, aiming at extracting beautiful golden crema. It is recommended to use 18-20 grams of coffee powder to brew 55-60 cc of double espresso. It can be made into latte by adding iced milk, which will retain a special bouquet and have a distinct taste of maltose, which is very delicious.
[Cold Brew Coffee] Wine-stained coffee is very suitable for making cold-brew coffee. During the refrigeration process, the original whiskey flavor will be rounder and thicker, and the flavor of rum grape will be changed. The layering is great.

The idea of this wine-stained coffee this time is to let the two drinks with the most fans in human history perform on the same stage perfectly. Our wine-soaked coffee series is to soak the coffee with spirits before roasting, hoping to create a more varied flavor through time and high-temperature quenching.
Under the influence of impregnation, drying, and roasting, it is necessary to choose coffee from different origins, suitable wines, dryness, roasting curves, etc. We really suffered a lot when we tried it at the beginning. Continuous development has also filled the studio with wine bottles of all sizes.
