You can wear these while showering or sleeping (except when in hot springs).
When not wearing your jewelry, gently clean it with mild soap and water, dry thoroughly, and store it in a sealed bag to minimize tarnishing.
If your jewelry loses its luster, use the included polishing cloth. Afterward, wash the jewelry.
It is normal for the polishing cloth to darken with use; please do not wash the cloth itself.
