Mug dimensions: height 98mm, diameter 82mm (excluding handle). ● As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. ● Minor firing marks during the mug's production process, slight variations in curvature, and unavoidable air bubbles at the edges are considered normal and are not eligible for return or exchange. ● When washing, please refrain from using abrasive detergents or tools (such as scouring pads or steel wool), as these can scratch and damage the surface coating. Coaster Precautions: ● Ceramic coasters are fired at high temperatures. Imperfections such as specks or small indentations that occur during the firing process are normal. ● Minor scratches or dust on the coaster surface are unavoidable. There may be approximately a 10% variation in the quality of the base material for each batch. The ink absorption varies due to the porosity of the coaster, especially with pink or dark backgrounds, which may result in uneven color distribution or cloudy patches. The aforementioned conditions are considered normal and not defects. Perfectionists, please accept these before ordering. ● Each set of coasters comes with a gift box. The non-slip pads are applied by hand and may be slightly off-center. Product images are synthetic mockups for reference only. Actual product colors and proportions may vary slightly; the final product is the standard. This product is a customized item. Production begins the day after payment is completed and takes 10-15 days (excluding holidays). As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan.
