Mug dimensions are H 98mm, Diameter 82mm (excluding handle). ● As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. ● Minor firing marks and air bubbles on the curved edges are unavoidable during the mug's firing process. These are considered normal and are not eligible for return or exchange. ● When washing, please avoid using abrasive detergents or tools (such as scouring pads or steel brushes), as these can scratch and remove the surface coating. Coaster Precautions: ● Ceramic coasters are fired at high temperatures. Imperfections like specks or small indentations are normal occurrences during the firing process. ● Coasters may have minor scratches or dust. Approximately 10% variation in the quality of blank coasters is expected per batch. The ink absorption level of the coaster's pores varies; especially with pink or dark backgrounds, uneven color blocks or cloudy gray spots may appear. All these are normal conditions and not defects. Please ensure you accept these before placing an order if you are a perfectionist. ● Each set of coasters comes with a gift box. The non-slip pads are applied by hand, and slight misalignment is possible. Product images are composite mockups for reference only. Actual product colors and proportions may vary slightly; the actual finished product will prevail. This is a custom-made product. Production time is 7-10 days (excluding holidays), calculated from the day after payment is completed. As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan.
