Warranty Period: The product comes with a two-year free warranty service from the date of sale. * The warranty card must be filled with the purchase date (no alterations allowed) and stamped with the warranty seal. If the card is lost but proof of purchase date can be provided, it will be considered as holding the card. * For items outside the warranty scope or beyond the warranty period, lifetime repair services are still available. The buyer will be responsible for round-trip shipping and repair parts costs. 2. Warranty Scope: Handles, pull rods, and wheels are covered under warranty. * Defects caused by material issues and manufacturing flaws are also within the warranty scope. * This warranty service does not apply if the product's usability is impaired due to natural wear and tear, improper use, external factors (especially damage during transportation, such as deformation, breakage, body damage, scratches, abrasions, etc.), or liquid exposure. 3. Repair Process: * Please take photos of the product before sending it for repair. * Please call customer service before shipping the product back to our company (round-trip shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility). * For repairs outside the warranty scope or beyond the warranty period, our repair staff will assess the repair costs and contact the consumer for a quote. Repairs will commence only after mutual agreement. * If the consumer does not agree to the repair, the product will be returned via cash-on-delivery for shipping fees. 4. Repair Duration: * Standard Repair: Approximately 30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays, and transit time). * Expedited Repair: Approximately 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays, and transit time), with an additional fee of $150 NTD for expedited service. * If parts are out of stock and need to be ordered internationally, expedited service is not applicable, and the waiting period may be 2-3 months. 5. Exclusions: For damage caused by airport handling or other external forces, please file a claim directly with the airline. This is not covered by our company's warranty. 6. Repair Item Storage Period: Three months from the date we notify the customer to pick up the item. Items not collected within this period will be considered voluntarily abandoned, and our company will not be responsible for storage. [Important Notes] 1. The original parts may not always be used for repairs. If original parts are out of stock or discontinued, replacement parts will be used. 2. Please provide your own box for repairs and warranty service. Do not hand over the item directly to the delivery driver without packaging; the driver may refuse to accept it. 3. If the damage is due to improper use or the warranty card cannot be presented, repair costs for parts will still be charged within the warranty period. 4. In the event of any damage to the luggage during airline transit, please be sure to file a claim with the airline before leaving the airport. If a claim cannot be filed in a timely manner, the customer will be responsible for the repair costs of parts not covered by the warranty.
