Each batch may have slight color variations, and natural leather may exhibit markings from the cow's life, such as minor scratches, creases, or texture variations. These are natural characteristics and not defects. Just as humans are not perfect, neither are cows. The handmade process may leave subtle traces and minor variations, which contribute to the unique warmth and character of handmade items. These are not considered quality issues. Please consider this carefully before purchasing. To maintain the leather and metal hardware, avoid using alcohol or chemical solvents for cleaning, as they can cause the leather to fade and the plating on the hardware to degrade. Color variations may occur due to differences in shooting environments, lighting, and computer or mobile device displays. The actual product is the standard. We appreciate your understanding. Customized items, such as those with stamped text, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This product falls under the category of exceptional items and is not subject to the 7-day appreciation period regulations. ◾️ Leather Care If the leather gets wet, gently pat it dry with a clean cloth and paper towel, then let it air dry in a cool place. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can cause the leather to age and fade. Avoid storing in high-humidity environments for extended periods, as this can lead to mold growth on the leather surface. When not in use for a long time, store it in a dust bag. For general maintenance, gently wipe the leather with a dry cloth to remove surface dust. Then, apply a thin layer of leather conditioner to the surface.
