・December 14, 2025 (Sunday) 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
・Capacity: 6-15 people per session (Minimum participants to start: 6 people)

・Transportation: Take the Red Line MRT to "Aozihdi Station," Exit 3. Walk straight along博愛二路 (Bó'ài 2nd Road) for approximately 6 minutes. Turn right onto Mingcheng 2nd Road. You will see "路易奇電力公司 高雄場" (Louis Electric Company Kaohsiung Branch) across the street. The entrance to the workshop is next to "睦MARS創客太空站" (MARS Maker Space). Walk straight to the end and take the elevator to the fifth floor.

・If you register the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has started before registering.
・After completing your order and checkout, your purchase details serve as proof of registration. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive directly at the venue at the scheduled time; no separate SMS or pre-class notification will be sent.
・Orders that are not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis once the class is full, and unpaid orders will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The rules are as follows:
・According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Private Tutoring and Continuing Education, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are processed as follows:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class starts, 95% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class starts, 90% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class starts, 80% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
・Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your preferred session. If you do not specify a new session, it will be considered a forfeiture. If you cannot comply with the rescheduling timeframe, please opt for a refund.
・On the day of the class, refunds and rescheduling are not accepted due to the pre-arranged materials and seating. Participants who do not show up will be considered to have forfeited their spot.
・To protect the rights of other participants, those who arrive 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered to have forfeited their spot.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and account holder name. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Those without tickets are not permitted to accompany participants or join the activity, unless a child requires a parent's assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special cases requiring parent-child participation. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the minimum number of participants is not met two days before the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a rescheduling or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Food and beverages are not permitted in the handmade classroom. This workshop includes complimentary self-serve lemon black tea or tropical fruit tea.
・Participants must adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the workshop for event documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event records or other recruitment channel promotions in the future.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
