Screws are M4 stainless steel in their natural color. If you require screws of a different length, please note this when placing your order or contact us. - If the screw length is unsuitable after purchase, additional screws and shipping fees will apply. - Mark the screw hole positions on your installation panel, pre-drill holes, and then securely fasten the screws. - Orders shipped from August 1, 2024, will have back-lock screw hole spacing adjusted to multiples of 16mm. For handles purchased before this date, please contact us if you need to reorder replacements. **Solid Wood Care Instructions** - This product is made from furniture-grade solid wood and finished with natural wood oil. - To prevent surface deterioration, cracking, or mold, avoid placing the product in direct sunlight or damp environments. - For surface stains, gently wipe with a clean cloth dampened with water, then dry with a dry cloth. Avoid touching with wet hands regularly. **Shipping Schedule** - Orders confirmed by Friday of the current week will be shipped the following Wednesday. Shipments will be delayed if this falls on a public holiday. - Expedited orders incur an additional 15% production fee and require prior contact. - For standard mail delivery, please ensure someone is available to receive the package during the day. If unsure, please select an alternative logistics method. **Return and Exchange Policy** - All items are considered **custom-made products** and are non-refundable. For exchanges, please contact us directly. - As natural solid wood is used, variations in grain and color are expected due to different growing environments and sourcing locations. Solid Wood Veneer Sample Shipping If you have specific color requirements, you can send us photos for our assessment. Once approved, please mail us a solid wood veneer sample (limited to 20cm x 20cm or smaller). Upon receiving the sample, we will select solid wood pieces with a similar color and provide photos for your confirmation. (Shipping fees for this service are at your own expense.) 2. Production Confirmation Procedure After confirmation, we will proceed with production. The solid wood sample and the final product will be shipped back together. 3. Return and Exchange Policy Regarding Color Variation If you choose not to utilize this service, color variations resulting from the natural characteristics of the material cannot be used as a reason for returns or exchanges.
