**◈ A Word from the Designer**
**Baroque Pearls**
In the 17th century, the prevailing artistic style in Europe was **Baroque**, characterized by **opulence, drama, a sense of flow, irregularity, and dynamism**.
Compared to traditional perfectly round pearls, pearls with **irregular** shapes (baroque pearls, freeform pearls) seem to inherit the exaggerated and luxurious artistic style of "Baroque," hence their name, **"Baroque Pearls."**
The unique, **naturally formed** shapes of baroque pearls exhibit a rich, lively, and independent personality, serving as a canvas for jewelry designers to unleash their imagination, imbuing baroque pearls with a free, wild spirit.
Each baroque pearl is **one of a kind**, making jewelry crafted from them **a rare find, unique, and impossible to replicate.**
The designer has meticulously selected **extremely rare, pink, elongated baroque pearls**, each with a distinctive shape and a gentle, lustrous sheen.
Complementing the pink hue of the pearls are **white pearls** and a pink-gold four-leaf clover enamel charm, designed into elegant tassels.
The overall composition of **gold, white, and pink hues interplays**, creating a **subtle radiance (a quiet inner glow, like a virtuous gentleman)**, light and graceful, fashionably embodying the beauty of pearls.
**Only 2 pieces exist in the universe, awaiting their destined owners of wisdom, prosperity, and beauty.**
**Pearls**
The English word "Pearl" originates from the Latin "Pemnla," meaning "child of the sea." Throughout history, in both Eastern and Western cultures, pearls have symbolized health, purity, and nobility, and are the birthstone for June.
Pearls, amber, and coral are the world's three major organic gemstones, with pearls often hailed as the king of organic gemstones.
Pearls are formed within mollusks and their primary chemical component is calcium carbonate. They have low hardness and are soluble in acids and alkalis. Therefore, pearls should not come into prolonged contact with coarse fabrics or hard objects, and should be kept away from cosmetics, perfumes, dyes, and any chemicals. Oiling is also not recommended.
Pearls boast a magnificent and diverse range of colors, with delicate and soft tones, from warm hues of yellow, gold, orange, pink, and creamy white, to cool tones of green, blue, indigo, purple, and gray.
Pearls can form naturally or be cultured. Currently, 99% of pearls on the market are cultured.
Natural pearls are primarily found in the Persian Gulf and India, as well as freshwater pearls from Tennessee, USA.
Cultured pearls benefit from Japan's mature technology, producing the highest quality. Other regions include China, Tahiti, Australia, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Myanmar in the South Seas.
Cultured pearls can be categorized into four types:
1. Whole-nucleus culture - Pearls tend to be rounder. (Perfectly round natural pearls are extremely rare.)
2. Keshi pearls - Nuclei are attached to the shell, allowing the pearl to grow around the nucleus.
3. Mabe pearls - Pronounced "Ma-beh," these are half-spherical, also known as "bun pearls" or "half-round pearls."
4. Nucleus-free culture - Freshwater culture, used for grinding into pearl powder due to the absence of a nucleus.

**◈ On Usage and Care**
1. Natural gemstones possess their inherent luster and unique textures (minor inclusions, surface lines, internal fractures, cloudiness, mineral blemishes, asymmetry, and other natural details). With regular wear, you may observe subtle color changes in natural gemstones, often making them appear more translucent and captivating, which is the best form of care.
Natural organic gemstones (such as coral and amber) have low hardness and are sensitive to acids and alkalis. When soiled, avoid using detergents. Simply rinse with clean water and wipe with a soft cloth. You may also gently brush with a soft brush dipped in a small amount of mineral oil (such as baby oil) for nourishment.
2. Metal jewelry has a long lifespan, provided it is protected from external damage or strong acids/alkalis that could cause fading.
3. Fabric components (ribbons, cotton, gauze) are soft and comfortable, with a long lifespan, provided they are kept away from high temperatures, external damage, or strong acids/alkalis that could cause fading.
4. For any jewelry, when soiled, wipe with a soft cloth dampened with water as appropriate, or use a suitable amount of neutral detergent for compatible materials. After washing, ensure it is dried promptly.
5. When jewelry is removed, it should be stored properly, sealed from excess air to slow down oxidation and discoloration, and not be stacked or subjected to heavy pressure.
